| Katie Cline Vice President What is your role at SENSEI? I am very involved in most of our accounts, which range from cardiovascular disease to oncology to HIV categories. Mostly, I oversee the account teams and focus on all aspects of our business including media relations, client management, messaging, strategy and plan/budget development. I also work closely with Susan on bigger picture company and staff issues. When did you start at SENSEI? April 2003. What are your skills and background? In college, I studied journalism. When I graduated, I got a job at a small consumer and healthcare agency -- I worked in the healthcare division. I played a key role in media relations, helped coordinate grassroots programming and loved participating in new business pitches. I also managed the production of a public health career guide. I spent two years there. What is your unique contribution to SENSEI? A lot of what we do is very urgent and can get people frazzled. I stay pretty calm. That helps us get things done efficiently and effectively and helps the team stay focused on the job at hand. Where are you from? I spent the first 10 years of my life in a small, wonderful town called Latrobe, outside of Pittsburgh, where Rolling Rock beer is made, where pro-golfer Arnie Palmer and Mister Rogers are from, and where the first banana split was made. We then moved to a town outside of Philadelphia, which is where my family is now. I love the area. Do you have a personal motto? Everything happens for a reason. What do you do to have fun? I spend a lot of weekends at the beach with family, friends and a great book. I enjoy skiing, running and good food. I love traveling. What three things could you not live without? My family, the beach and a great book. |
